Amenta/Emma architects of Hartford performed an in-depth study of Simsbury and its architecture. The buildings will reflect much of the vernacular forms and details found throughout Simsbury, including its unique materials. These are just some of the design elements that will be incorporated into Simsbury River Oaks to ensure that the neighborhood conforms to the character of Simsbury.
