T.J. Donohue Jr.  is a partner in the Hartford and Simsbury law firm of Killian & Donohue, LLC where he practices in the area of land use, zoning, corporate law, administrative law, government relations, real estate and business disputes. Donohue represents the Konover Development Corporation before the Simsbury land use commissions in relation to Simsbury River Oaks.

He received his law degree in 1976 from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his bachelor of arts degree in 1973 from The College of the Holy Cross. In 1976, he was appointed as counsel to then-Connecticut House Majority Leader William O’Neill and in 1977 he became counsel to Lieutenant Governor Robert K. Killian. 

T.J. has spearheaded efforts at farmland preservation in his hometown of Simsbury where he also served on the Town Plan and Zoning Commission. With 30 years experience at the Bar, he has litigated in all of Connecticut’s State and Federal Courts. His clients range from NYSE companies to small businesses and individuals.
