Stanley C. Glantz Stanley C. Glantz is a 20-year veteran of Konover Development Corporation, where he is a senior vice president and the project manager for Simsbury River Oaks. Mr. Glantz is primarily responsible for seeking and managing development opportunities for single tenant occupancy, traditional and power retail shopping center and mixed-use projects of all sizes. He also leads the Pharmacy Division, including site selection, land assemblage and acquisition; disposition of excess land; land use entitlements and construction administration. Mr. Glantz is a graduate of Syracuse University’s School of Architecture and is a licensed Architect in the State of Connecticut. In 2005, Mr. Glantz was selected to serve as Developer Chair of the Executive Team for the Connecticut Chapter of the National Brownfields Association. He holds Real Estate Salesperson’s licenses in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York.
